DidXL is a Dutch-based company providing cloud telephony in 150 countries including DIDs and ITFS numbers looking to expand their portfolio and offer local SMS termination.

Needs

Most of their DIDs and numbers have local termination but they miss 2way SMS MO and MT capabilities including provisioning, routing, charging and billing​ An API based solution that could be integrated to their number inventory system and 3rd party SMS Gateways was required

DOTT Telecom OÜ is a Telecommunication Service Provider based in Estonia, which acts on the international SMS exchange market has more than 60 agreements signed with telecommunications companies.

DOTT Telecom places value upon their world-class team, offering services at the highest levels of quality, and ensuring a maximum level of transparency with their clients.

Challenge

Because of the fast-growing SMS exchange market, DOTT Telecom had to securely and reliably deliver SMS services by handling large volumes of traffic, with prioritized throughput and redundancy, respecting the highest SLA requirements in the industry.

The company was looking to eliminate A2P bypass traffic, reduce spam, improve customer satisfaction and increase its revenues by creating a messaging strategy for international and national traffic.

The SMS Gateway permits DOTT Telecom to extend the number and type of connections of its customers and suppliers, simultaneously increasing the monthly traffic.

Thus, raising the company’s revenue, managing intelligently the traffic routing using performed rules and options. Just as importantly, the company obtained a powerful analytical and statistical tool for in-time decision-making.

NOVOTEL

NovoTel is a licensed International Gateway Operator (IGW) in Bangladesh providing premium CLI Termination using VOIP & TDM Technology.

Needs

NovoTel starts to develop SMS business with the main telecommunication partners in Bangladesh and abroad. Each of the partners has different requirements to connect via different protocols SS7, SMPP, and HTTP, which made Novotel find a solution to handle traffic between such protocols

Challenge

Enabld SMS Gateway supporting SS7, SMPP, HTTP, and SIP protocols, with Store & forward capabilities, was extended with the possibility to split long messages from HTTP and send them as concatenated SMS to SS7 and SMPP. 

For the vice-versa scenario Enabld SMS Gateway re-combine concatenated messages from SS7 and SMPP and send them as a long SMS to HTTP.

ABCDev is a French-based company looking to diversify its activity portfolio by providing new communication services in order to attract new clients and upscale the existing ones​

Most of the existing clients needed better ways to reach their customers.
